A Tennessee Valley Vipers was Huntsville, Alabama's af2 franchise. It played at a Von Braun Center. A team existed 2001 to 2004 and during that cycle was one of af2's virtually all competitory teams. Yet, charted a 2004 year a team left a af2 & migrated to the United Indoor Football league, changing their nickname to the Raptors. A Bird of prey, fallowing an attendance decline around Huntsville, moved operations to Rockford, Illinois in 2005. Meanwhile, a af2 may go to to Huntsville inside 2006 using a newly franchise, the Tennessee Valley Pythons.
